Big news from AFL Headquarters tonight that will shake up your interim Supercoach teams and DFS projections
Greater Western Sydney stud Jeremy Cameron has been suspended for four games after being found guilty of a high bump on Brisbane Lions draftee Rhys Mathieson.
“I accept the sanction they have handed down to me and I just hope Rhys Mathieson is OK,” Cameron said as he left AFL House on Tuesday.
“I just want to move on with my season now. We just wanted to go in there and plead my case.”
Supercoach
Jeremy Cameron is priced at $402,300 on Herald Sun AFL Supercoach.
He’s not on our radar at all but there will be some of you who are disappointed by this news.
Cameron might make a nice stash deep in a draft but as far as selecting a straight-up Supercoach squad, look elsewhere.
Cameron averaged almost 75 points per game last season and figured to be in line for a career season as the Giants continue to improve.
Daily Fantasy
From a Daily Fantasy perspectiveĀ Jeremy Cameron is priced at $6,000 on Moneyball.
Like many AFL key forwards he can be a bit inconsistent in terms of fantasy production with his 2015 scores ranging from as low as 11 to as high as 158!
While he is on the sidelines the likes of Devon Smith, Jonathan Patton and the newly acquired Steve Johnson become more attractive options if you need a Giants forward in your lineups.
Greater Western Sydney is paying $34 to win the 2016 AFL Premiership Flag and $2.40 to make the finals.
