A strong week at Fantasy Stars Fantasy HQ with our SuperCoach team chalking up a score of 2412 points. Check out our full SuperCoach Review Round 16.
The Round 16 score of 2412 points was good enough to catapult us back into top 1000 overall and once again it was captain courageous Patrick Dangerfield leading the charge with a team-high 165 points.
A late change to the team was made when Toby Greene came out of the Giants team, big Tom Lynch filled the hole for us and going forward it has given us some added depth up forward.
It was great to see the two defensive rookies Ryan and Hibberd churning out scores on the weekend while the late withdrawal of Greenwood wasn’t a concern given our midfield depth.
Just the three scores below 70 on the weekend and it was pleasing to see Nat Fyfe return to somewhere near his fantasy best.
Sam Docherty just keeps going to new heights while Tommy Mitchell had it on a string once again.
Going forward we’ve got a bit of cash in the bank ($60,000) and six trades up our sleeve.
We’ll likely keep most of the trades just for reactionary moves like adjusting to late outs and when the premiums are rested down the stretch.
We’ve got solid depth with only two of our total squad that do not look likely to be in the mix to play this coming weekend.
Max Gawn is still on the radar for us as he builds fitness and no doubt becomes important to a Demons finals push while Toby Nankervis has had to shoulder a big load for the Tigers this year and is a candidate to slow down late in the season so we’ll keep an eye on a possible trade for him.
How did you go over the weekend playing AFL SuperCoach and Dream Team competitions? Are any of you a chance of taking home the major title?

Good luck and good coaching in coming weeks!
