High risk, high reward AFL DFS contests are running at Moneyball every weekend!
PLAY: AFL High-Roller $5,000 DFS contest
That’s right, you buy-in for $150 and compete for a 5k prize pool! in the Saturday Champion contest.
While the stakes are much higher than regular DFS GPP’s you only have to beat 35 other entrants making it much more likely of getting into the prize money.
Keep in mind though, the people playing this contest will likely be some of Moneyball’s best, so it’s perhaps not for the AFL DFS rookies.
The contest this week covers just two games. Collingwood v Gold Coast and Port Adelaide v Adelaide.
The current CrownBet odds for these games can be found below.
Adelaide is playing for a better seed in the finals while the rest are playing for pride.

Best value plays in AFL High-Roller contest
Rupert Wills – Midfielder – Collingwood – $4,200
Right up there with the best plays for the entire contest is young Rupert Wills who in three games in the black and white has well and truly proven his worth as a fantasy option and at just $4,200 is well underpriced. He’s averaged 92.7 points across his first three games good for x22 return on price!
Jasper Pittard – Defender – Port Adelaide – $6,600
Pittard is a quality player out of form, well at least from a fantasy perspective. Just the one Moneyball score above 90 in the last seven games for the dashing defender. A return to his early season form will make the $6,600 price an absolute gift and he should get his chance against the quality Crows outfit to be right in the thick of it.
Mitchell McGovern – Forward – Adelaide – $4,700
McGovern can certainly mix his form but at just $4,700 he looks well worth the gamble in a game we expect the Crows to dominate. He’s kicked a goal in all but three games this season and once again we are capitalising on a lower price due to a few lean weeks. He can bounce back with a couple of goals in the Showdown.
