Josh Gibson returns for the Hawks after missing last week. He was enormous prior to that racking up two scores above 100 and averaging 120 points across the first three rounds. Tonight is also Hawks star Shaun Burgoyne’s 300th game.
Our strategy tonight is simple, take a few cheaper Crows players who look like value and then stack on the premium Hawks.

FANTASY STARS PLAYERS TO CONSIDER
FORWARDS
Josh Jenkins (Adelaide) $5,800
We like Jenkins at the price tonight. He will push up across half forward and the midfield and accumulate possessions regardless of the end result he is a relatively safe option up forward. We are going out on a limb and fading Eddie Betts tonight. Ben Stratton is a terrific matchup for him tonight and we will back the Stratocaster in to lock him down.
RUCKS
Ben McEvoy (Hawthorn) $6,600
It was hard to split Big Sauce Jacobs and Big Boy McEvoy tonight. We have ended up siding with McEvoy who has the ability to hit the scoreboard as well. That can help to elevate him into the 100 fantasy points range. We also save $1,200 in our salary cap that enables us to select some premium midfielders.
MIDS
Matt Crouch (Adelaide) $5,700
Crouch looks underpriced by around $1,000 and he is too hard to ignore in your Moneyball lineups. We have a feeling his ownership will be lower than what it should be as well. He is consistently scoring 80+ fantasy points and accumulating 25 touches a game. A couple of goals and a chunk of tackles tonight and he’ll push 100.
DEFENDERS
Daniel Talia (Adelaide) $4,100
Talia will arrive this week at the MCG with a spring in his step, not because he’s playing at the best Football ground in the world, because he doesn’t have to play on Buddy Franklin this weekend! We have him projected for x18 production and we’d rather spend up big in the midfield tonight.
