AFL Daily Fantasy Sports – Round 3 Results and Optimal Lineups
Friday night opened with a $5,000 GTD for the Port Adelaide vs Bombers clash. Once again this week the Guaranteed pool got smashed hitting a $6,500 prizepool including a $1,350 1st prize.
‘Bigwood’ was the winner with a score of 896 with 3 exact same lineups all tied for 2nd. The key to success for the winning side this week was the 4 bomber midfield performing and in particular Goddard and Kelly at low ownerships.
The Saturday Slam had a 5 game slate with a $7,050 prizepool. First prize was $1,500 paying down to the 82nd position.
1st prize went to ‘Reddev’ with a massive score of 1091 followed closely by ‘Johno686’. The winning team went in with a 4 Gold Coast suns stack in a 56 point win against Carlton with Tom Lynch (23p, 10m, 4g) and Kade Koldjashnij (26d,12m) big keys to success.
Sundays feature tournament included the blockbuster Doggies vs Hawthorn matchup and the blowout Geelong vs Brisbane game producing a $7,000 prizepool and $1,500 first prize.
1st prize went to ‘stinkbombs’ with a score of 931. With only one score on the day above 130 a mixture of strategies could of worked with the winning side heavily stacked towards Geelong with 4 players in the Geelong game and 2 Doggies in defence. Luke Dahlhaus (33d,2g) and avoiding overapaying on some high ownership premium flops got ‘stinkbombs’ across the line.
* please note there is a couple of our optimal lineups needing a slight correction bumping up the total score due to incorrect clanger stats.
